Chicken stew with mushrooms

Ingredients
800 g chicken
200 g mushrooms
150 g onion
150 g potatoes
50 g of tomato paste
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp red pepper
pepper
salt
1 tsp flour
Method
Chicken cut into portions and stew, then remove from the butter. In the same fat stew the onions, cut into thin and long, and lightly cooked mushrooms. When the onions become transparent, put the flour and stew until golden. Add the tomato puree and fry until it becomes grainy. Sprinkle with red pepper, put it fried meat and pour lukewarm water. Add the cleaned and sliced ​​potatoes and add salt. Stew boil on low heat until tender meat.
