Ingredients
1 (1 kg) chicken or chicken
3-4 heads (200 g) old onion
3-4 (200 g) green peppers
3-4 (300 g) tomatoes
1 -2 (200 g) eggplants
3-4 (300 g) potatoes
1 handful (100 g) okra
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1 bunch parsley

salt

Method
In fat stew until soft chopped onion, then add consistently flour, paprika, tomatoes, chopped and sliced chicken. Meat add salt, pour a little hot water and stew on low heat until is tender. Then add the peppers and eggplants, chopped, okra, cleaned of stalks, potatoes, peeled and cut into rings, peppers and pepper. Dish add salt and leave to simmer until ready. After removal from the fire sprinkle with chopped parsley.
