Chicken with wine

Ingredients
1 (800 g) chicken
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1-2 (100 g) carrots
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1 cup (200 ml) white wine
2-3 (150 g) tomatoes
2-3 (100 g) peppers
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch of dill
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper

salt
Method
Chicken, cut into portions in fat stew with carrots, cut into cubes, and onion, sliced. While red meat, add the red pepper, tomatoes, chopped, pepper, cut into strips, parsley and dill, coarsely chopped and pepper. Pour over the wine and 1 cup hot water, add salt and leave to simmer until the fat remains. Serve with fried potatoes.
