Chicken wings for guests with two types of sauce

Ingredients
500 g chicken wings
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup walnuts
salt, paprika
# For the first sauce:
100 g blue cheese
100 g mayonnaise
100 g cooking cream
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt, pepper
# For the second sauce:
200 g apricots ( can and compote)
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon zest
Method
The walnuts is ground and mixed with bread crumbs, salt and paprika. Eggs are broken and they are immersed wings and then pressed into a dry mixture. Wings are baked on grill pan until ready. First sauce - the feta cheese is creased with a fork and mix with other products to homogeneity. For the second sauce - apricots Strain and mix with other products. Wings are served with two types of sauce.
