Chocolate muffins with custard and coffee

Ingredients
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp quality coffee
100 g flour with bulking
1/2 tsp baking soda
50 g brown sugar
100 ml skimmed milk
1 egg
2tbsp sunflower oil
sunflower oil spreads
# For egg cream:
300 g ready-fat custard of your choice
20 g broken dark chocolate
5 g of coffee
Method
Heat the oven to 170 C. With a little sunflower oil is smeared shapes for muffins. In a large bowl sifted cocoa and coffee, then add the flour, baking soda and sugar.
