Chocolate pastries filled with nuts

Ingredients
# 1 For base:
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 and 1/3 cup flour
cocoa for coloring the base
juice compote
# For the cream:
500 ml cream
400 g chocolate spread
chopped nuts of your choice - walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds or other
5 tbsp sugar
# To decorate:
400 g chocolate + sunflower oil
cream, sugar and chocolate sprinkles or other

Method
For the bases: Beat eggs with sugar. Then put the flour. Divide in two and one half turns cocoa. Pour one by one and the two halves with a spoon made patterns. Bake in a rectangular pan, greased with butter and covered with cooking paper. Once cool to syrup with the juice of compote. Make three the base. For the cream: stir cream and sugar is added to it chocolate and nuts. For the decoration of the chocolate is melted in a water bath with a little sunflower oil. Ready bases, sandwiched with cream is poured over chocolate and decorate optional.
