Chocolate spread - II type

Ingredients
500 g milk
6 tbsp cocoa
400 g sugar
125 g butter
2 vanilla
pinch of citric acid
250 ml water
Method
Water and sugar melt over low heat, add the butter and remove from heat. Milk and cocoa is added as through a sieve. Stir and add the vanilla extract and citric acid.
