Ingredients
6 tbsp cocoa
250 g milk
400 g of powdered sugar
125 g butter
300 ml milk
150 g nuts (roasted and ground) - optional
1/2 tsp citric acid
2 vanilla
Method
The butter melts. Milk is warmed and added cocoa and powdered sugar. Separated half of the warm milk and put it in dry milk, stirring well. Cocoa milk is mixed with other, add limontozuto and simmer, stirring until a thick mixture. Add the butter and mix with a mixer, add the nuts and vanilla, mix well. Pour into jars and refrigerate.
