1 apple
2 tbsp + 1/4 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cup flour
10 g baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
100 g butter
3 tbsp candied ginger
2/3 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
# For glaze:
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp mixture of spices for Christmas cookies
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp caster sugar for sprinkling

Apple Peel, clean and grate cheese grater in large pieces. Mix 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Leave the country. flour mixed with baking powder, salt and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Put them in a food processor together with the cold butter, cut into cubes. Stir to afford a mixture of such coarse cornmeal. The mixture was transferred into a large bowl. then ground ginger. Transfer to paper and covered with icing. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve immediately, with tea or coffee.
