Coffee Caramel

Ingredients
4 tbsp (40 g) sugar
7 tsp (35 g) of ground coffee
500 ml water
1/4 cup (50 ml) rum
Method
Sugar is karameliriza to dark brown. Carefully pour the water and bring to the boil. Add coffee. After 5 minutes, the drink is filtered, flavored with rum, warmed slightly and serve.
