3 egg whites
10 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp coffee granules

Method
Beat the egg whites, gradually add the sugar first, then coffee until a thick mixture. Then put baking paper in tray shape kisses with a spoon or syringe and bake low oven (100 C).

Well, about 1 hour, but I think it depends on the power of the oven :)
And the size of kisses:-) and how dense the snow:-). If you do not have an oven with fan, support her door with the handle of a wooden spoon to open a finger - so moisture goes directly become faster.
