3 tbsp frozen mix of 8 herbs
1 tsp mustard
salt - to taste

If a person is gone frozen mix of herbs with what green is best to replace it?
frozen mix is: parsley, fennel, watercress, chives, sorrel, Kerbel (Anthriscus), borage, Pimpinelle (Pimpinella). I guess it would be better to try to fully close to the flavor of the mixture :)
