1 small white cabbage
1 small red cabbage
1 small head peeled and boiled beet
1 bunch spring onions
1 lettuce
1-2 carrots
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
salt

Method
Vegetables cut into thin strips, mixed with salt and sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Can be decorated with red radish shaped florets, cherry tomatoes or mini vegetables.
