Colors of zucchini with ham and cheese

12 colors of zucchini
80 g of ham or prosciutto
180 g feta cheese Mozzarella
1 egg
20 g parsley
20 g grated feta cheese Parmesan
1 clove garlic
100 g tomato sauce + spices of your choice
salt, pepper
4 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil

Clean colors of zucchini, cut pistils inside, wash and dry them. Cut the ham into thin strips. Clean the parsley and chop finely. Peel the garlic and cut it into tiny crescents. Dice mozzarella and ham rest. Mix in a bowl the egg, Parmesan, salt and pepper and add the garlic, chopped parsley, ham and mozzarella. Spread this mixture in color and lock them with strips of prosciutto. Roll them in flour. Coat the pan with two tablespoons of fat, arrange the colors and pour the remaining oil. Bake in preheated oven to 180 C for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the tomato sauce and season it to your liking (I prefer basil). Sauce you pour it on the colors or as a garnish to finished colors. * Other ways to prepare zucchini flowers are: - prepare dough batter of egg, flour, salt, a little beer and put inside the washed colors. Then fried them. - some make a mixture of bread crumbs, egg, Parmesan, parsley, crushed garlic, salt and fill colors and baked them.
