Ingredients
4 oranges
3 egg whites
200 g sugar
200 ml milk
1 tbsp flour
100 g cream
100 ml orange liqueur
grated orange peel
Method
2 orange peel and cut into slices. The remaining 2 squeeze. Flour suspended in lukewarm milk, mixed with 100 g of sugar and orange juice. Finally added and shattered cream and boiled cream keep warm. Shortly before use, was added to it and liqueur. Whip with 50 g of sugar hard snow. Using a spoon shaped balls which are placed in boiling sugar water (500 ml water with 50 g of sugar) and cook 2 minutes on each side. Portions are formed, the hot sauce is distributed in small dishes, the water is removed with latticed spoon cooked kisses, drained of water and put in the sauce. Sprinkle with grated orange peel and garnished with orange slices.
