Ingredients
10 potatoes
1 cup flour
350 g minced meat (seasoned)
salt
cream

Method
Potatoes grate finely grater, as their juice is strained through cheesecloth. Drained grated potatoes mixed with flour and salt and knead the dough. Take a portion of the dough, spread to the arms, insert the filling and make a ball. Thus prepared balls are boiled in 3-4 liters of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Serve warm with cream.

The recipe is almost identical to a delicious traditional Swedish recipe. I will be interesting, what spices to use minced meat in this recipe? Image has a dill?

Bibi in minced put cumin and onions. But everyone her seasoned with spices such love. A top is dill. Who does not like dill ... parsley. I did not love him :)
