Cooked vegetable salad

Ingredients
2 tomatoes
2 onions
1/2 cucumber
1 green pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander
salt
white pepper
Method
Tomatoes cut into eight, onion, cucumber and pepper cubes. Vegetables put in a saucepan and pour 60 ml water. Boil for 5 minutes at low temperature and is left to cool. Drain well, flavor and pour dressing prepared by blending garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with coriander, salt and white pepper.
