Ingredients
500 ml milk
300 g biscuits
125 g butter
5-6 tbsp caster sugar
2 eggs
1-2 tbsp rum
1 cup ground walnuts
berries for decoration
Method
Mix milk with both the yolk and put to boil. Add biscuits and remove from the fire. Beat the butter with powdered sugar and add to the milk mixture. The walnuts and add rum. Stir nice. Beat the egg whites of hard snow and carefully add them. Gently mix. Spread into bowls and decorate with seasonal fruits.
