Cream Caramel Pumpkin

Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
8 eggs
250 g sugar
300 g pumpkin
2 vanilla

Method
Eggs beat with about 200 g of sugar foam, mixed with milk. Pumpkin is peeled, boiled, passaged and add to milk mixture along with vanilla. In mono pour 1 tbsp sugar is caramelized. Once solidified caramel thereon pouring ladle from the mixture. Trays are arranged in the pan, the bottom of which pour about 2-3 fingers of water. Bake at low oven preheated.

I cut the pumpkin into pieces. Concoct January Then they distribute evenly into bowls, pour the custard mixture and bake in a water bath. Becomes very impressive and tasty and thus ..

I do make this recipe with 6 eggs and more pumpkin

Great recipe! Becomes very fragrant custard (Home adore pumpkin). But this time I did with apples - and so is delicious :)
