Cream of carrot

Ingredients
1 kg carrots
1 liter milk
3 eggs
50 g butter
2-3 tbsp sugar
lemon zest or vanilla
70 g starch
Method
On grater grated carrot and stew them with the butter and a few tablespoons of water in a closed container or pot, until completely tender. Pour them with milk, which are broken eggs and table starch. TOPPING sugaring which optional can caramelize. If you do not caramelized sugar, add vanilla or grated lemon rind. Bake cream in moderate oven.
