Cream with fruits and old bread oven

Ingredients
200 g of dry bread
50 g butter or margarine
500 g fruits (apples, plums, peaches)
50 g biscuits or bread crumbs
3 eggs
# For the cream:
100 g sugar
1 liter milk
3 tbsp flour
60 g of powdered sugar
1 vanilla powder
1/2 lemon
50 g of fruit jam

Method
The bread is cut into small cubes and bake with the butter until light brown in a baking dish with a diameter of about 30 cm. Fruits are cleaned, cut into small pieces and rolled in crushed crackers. Add to the bread and the butter mixture and bake again until soft fruits. flour, granulated sugar, egg yolks and cold milk, mix thoroughly and heated while stirring to thicken. Thus obtained cream flavored with grated lemon peel and pour him bread and fruit. Bake about 20 minutes at medium heat until mixture thickens enough. Towards the end of baking is covered with shattered with powdered sugar egg whites to which are added lemon juice and vanilla. Again dopicha to pinking egg white.
