Crispy honey ice cream

Ingredients
1 tsp vanilla
200 g condensed milk
4 tbsp liquid honey
600 ml cream
50 g hard caramels (10) In large pieces crushed
Method
In a large bowl, stir condensed milk with vanilla essence. The cream is stirred until it retains its shape and a metal spoon gently added to the concentrated milk. The mixture was poured into one liter box and frozen for 3 hours until slightly hardened. This mixture does not crystallize as all other ice creams. She quickly stir, add honey and crushed candy in large pieces and again mix. Freeze for 4 hours, the best night. Serve on a ball to Walnut cake with honey .
