Crispy legs with mushroom sauce

Ingredients
4 chicken legs
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp flour
1 tbsp sesame
5 tbsp breadcrumbs
40 g butter
2 eggs
100 g vegetable oil
50 g mushrooms
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
pepper
salt
Method
Chicken legs are boned and remove the skin. Spread with soy sauce and allow to stand for 1 hour. Salt rubbed into boned legs. Eggs are broken by adding sugar. Legs are rolled in flour, dip in beaten eggs and again in flour and eggs. Then pressed into a premixed breadcrumbs and sesame. Fry the hot vegetable oil 10-15 minutes, until browned on the breading. Breaded legs are served hot, overwhelmed with mushroom sauce. Preparation of sauce: mushrooms finely and sauté in vegetable oil. Fry flour, add 300 ml warm water, stirring constantly. The sauce boil 30 minutes, stirring often to not burn. Add salt and add pepper, lemon juice and butter.
