Croquettes chicken and vegetables

Ingredients
600 g chicken
1 bunch roots soup
potato 1
10 boiled or stewed mushrooms
1 thick slice dry white bread without crust
2-3 tbsp cream
2 eggs
1 tbsp raisins
parsley
salt
pepper
allspice
grated lemon peel
flour
breadcrumbs
frying fat
20 g butter
Method
The meat is boiled with a pinch of salt in a little water. Remove and consistently in broth boil roots for soup and potatoes. Cleaned of indigestible parts boiled meat is ground with roots and potato soup. Add bread soaked in cream, chopped mushrooms, raisins, 1 egg, spices and salt to taste. The mixture was kneaded, sprinkled with flour and allowed to sit for 30 minutes. Took shape croquettes (like meatballs) that are rolled in flour, dip in beaten egg and the second in breadcrumbs and fry in very hot oil until golden color. After taking them to scatter croquettes with melted butter. Serve hot.
