1 cucumber
1 tomato
1/3 cup strained yogurt
fresh dill
pressed garlic
1 tsp sunflower oil
salt

Method
1/3 of a cucumber cut into cubes and mix with strained yogurt, chopped dill, the oil and salt. The remaining cucumber is cut into two equal halves, which are peeled in strips. Gouge to be like a cup filled with milk salad and place in bowl. Around them ranks chopped tomatoes. The defined quantities of 1 serving.
