Dolmas with smoked chicken

Ingredients
4 smoked chicken legs
16 sheets sauerkraut
1 tsp paprika
savory
pepper
sunflower oil
1 cup cabbage juice

Method
Each leg is cut in half and sprinkle with spices. Each piece is wrapped in double cabbage leaf. Arrange in a pan, sprinkled with sunflower oil and cabbage juice, pressed with a plate and cook on low heat.

Little changed the recipe, but will not let new and will share here my changes. Legs were smoked and raw. On each leg I put a piece of bacon and spices. Peko in the oven. Becomes very tasty and quickly prepared.
