250 ml sunflower oil
20 g yeast
100 ml water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 ampoule lemon essence
sunflower oil for frying
powdered sugar for sprinkling
flour as you take
# For the cream:
600 ml water
60 g starch with lemon
8 tbsp sugar

Yeast dissolves the salt, add the water and the oil. In flour is made well and pour the mixture, knead dough, until a sprung. The dough is left to stand for 30 minutes rolled sheet is thick, cut circles. Spread bottom circle with white on it and put cream.
