Dzhurkana nettle

Ingredients
5 handfuls (1 kg) nettle
125 g butter
4 tbsp (60 g) flour
1 cup (200 g) walnuts
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
lovage
salt
Method
Nettle is washed and cleaned, then minced meat and placed in boiling salted water to boil for 5-6 minutes and then crushed while become a smooth slurry. In fat sauté chopped onions and flour. Them with continuous stirring crushed nettles. The dish is boiled until thickening. Before removal from the fire added crushed walnuts and chopped lovage.
