Egg cones

Ingredients
8 eggs
100 g celery
200 g marinated mushrooms
1 onion
100 g of cooked beans
1 lettuce
1 cucumber
2 tomatoes
frying fat
# For the sauce:
3 tbsp milk mayonnaise
2 tbsp mustard
2 cloves garlic
salt, pepper
Method
Celery, lettuce, cucumber and onion cut into small pieces and mushrooms into thin slices. All products are placed in a bowl, add the cooked beans and mix. Eggs were prepared omelet 4 which were then allowed to cool and form a cone. Cones are filled with a mixture of vegetables and put them on a slice of tomato. Serve with sauce made from mayonnaise with spices and crushed garlic.
