Eggplant with walnuts and mayonnaise

Ingredients
2 eggplants
150-200 g chopped walnuts
1 clove garlic
spices optional, salt
sunflower oil for frying
mayonnaise
parsley or dill for decoration

Method
Eggplant cut, add salt and left for 30 minutes and then washed. Mayonnaise to add the walnuts, garlic, spices, salt and mix well. Eggplants fried, drain on paper and on each wheel is fitted on the walnut mixture and garnish with parsley or other decoration.
