Etropolska banitsa

Ingredients
500 g flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 eggs
4 tbsp yogurt
1 cube of yeast
300 ml lukewarm water
# Minced meat:
I option: egg, feta cheese
II option: leek, chopped meat, salt, red pepper
# spreads:
Egg
butter
Etropolska banitsa

Method
Yeast dissolves in the water and the products knead dough. Roll out a thin sheet, put stuffing of your choice, rolls up, rolled in a well greased with butter tray. Spread top with beaten egg and butter and bake.

Wonderful camp - top greased with the yolk of an egg fails to rise in advance. But I put all fillings egg + cheese and one of the smallest teaspoon sodium bicarbonate / well filling is air /. Thanks for the fantastic recipe!
