Fake rabbit

Ingredients
500 g beef
100 g smoked salo
3 slices white bread
1 tbsp potato starch
1 onion
2 tbsp cooking cream
2 tbsp pork lard
salt, black pper
breadcrumbs
Method
Bread soaked in water. Salo half cut into cubes, and the rest - strips. To mince add finely chopped onions, drain bread cubes salo, starch, salt, pepper and cream. All knead until a uniform mixture. With wet hands, shape the body of the rabbit, which is placed in a greased tray. Top is dusted breadcrumbs and salo strips and bake until a brown crust on the surface. During baking fake rabbit periodically flush with broth or water to be juicy. Once roasted, cut into portions that are served with boiled potatoes and steamed vegetables.
