Ingredients
1 kg farfalle
500 g minced meat
1 bunch parsley
2 onions
3 tbsp mayonnaise
3-4 tbsp chutney
2 tomatoes
salt, pepper
10 g cumin
1 tsp basil and oregano
sunflower oil or other fat roux

Method
Farfalle Boil in salted water, then strain through a colander. During this time, finely onion and parsley. Peeled tomatoes are cut into small pieces or grated. The oil is heated, add the chopped onion, then add mince and choppy. Using a wire whisk minced meat is finely comminuted. Then add the chopped tomatoes, cumin, chutney, mayonnaise and parsley. The sauce is seasoned with salt and pepper, add oregano and basil. Already cooked and strained farfalle add to the sauce and stir well.
