Ingredients
3-4 potatoes
carrots 2
1 head red beet
1 red onion
1 cup peas
1 cup Corn
200 g mayonnaise
200 g Lukankov sausage
1-2 tbsp mustard
pinch nutmeg
handful of olives
2-3 hard boiled eggs to decorate
lettuce leaves
Method
Red beets are washed well and put to boil unpeeled for about 30 minutes. Peeled and cut into small cubes. Other vegetables - potatoes, carrots, peas and corn, also cook. Potatoes and carrots and sausage cut into small cubes and onions finely. All products are well mixed with mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt and a pinch of nutmeg. The salad is served in individual dishes - each put a leaf of lettuce and top make 3 balls of the salad and decorate with olives and chopped hard-boiled eggs.
