250-300 g puff pastry
100 g raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
50 g chocolate
yolk spreads
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Dough crust folds of size 30h25 cm. Wash the raisins, kernels crushed into small pieces, grated chocolate. Dough crust sprinkled with three types of stuffing and cut to the middle lengthwise. Each piece is screwed on a roll, as the edges are clipped. The rolls are wrapped into one another (transfer 4 times), the seams of the rolls must remain below.
