Fish breaded with parsley

Ingredients
500 g zander
1 bunch parsley
2 eggs
2-3 tbsp flour
1 tsp pikantina or spices of your choice
pinch of turmeric
pepper
sunflower oil for frying
1 lemon
Fish breaded with parsley

Method
Beat eggs confused with chopped parsley, flour and spices. Fillets of fish are dumped into the mixture and fry in very hot oil. Serve hot with lemon slices.

Parsley will not be fried?

fish fry to pale pink. Not preparzhva.

Vesi, panicked fish and it was super delicious. With a nice flavor of parsley ... My husband loved it! Photos will let them tomorrow. Thanks for the recipe!
