Ingredients
600 g fish fillet
lemon juice
vinegar
salt
pepper
2 onions
1 eggplant
1 small red pepper
1 small green pepper

2 cloves garlic
1 cup (200 ml) white wine

300 g peeled tomatoes
2 sprigs parsley
Method
Tenderloin is washed, dried, chopped into pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper. Wash the vegetables and cut into cubes.
