Fish salad with vegetables

Ingredients
300 g smoked mackerel
1 lemon
1 bunch dill
2 gherkins
3 red pickled (roasted) peppers
# For the dressing:
5 tbsp vinegar
5 tbsp sunflower oil
Water
salt if needed
Method
Fish bake briefly on both sides on the BBQ, grill or plate. Then she cleans the skin and bones and broken into pieces. In most of the cucumbers and peppers are cut into strips. Dill also cut (several seedlings leave for garnishing). The fish is thoroughly mixed with the vegetables and pour the dressing (marinade). Salad garnish with lemon, peppers, cucumbers and dill.
