Ingredients
1 kg of fish
2-3 onions or leeks
3-4 tomatoes
3 carrots
2 slices of celery
a few cloves of garlic
1 lemon
breadcrumbs
4-5 tbsp white wine
dill
pepper, salt
Method
Cut the onion into thin slices, carrots wheels, celery cubes. Place them in a greased with butter tray, arrange on top lemon, cut into thin slices. Cut and cloves, add them.
