Ingredients
1 tomato
50 g larded salami or another of your choice
salt
1 tsp mayonnaise
1/2 boiled egg
few salad leaves

Method
Tomato is cut (turned upside down) of slices as cut watermelon, but without going to the end. Slices open slightly and spoon is removed seminal part of the home. The resulting gap in the middle are filled with mayonnaise. Sausage cut into very thin slices, so that each bend in half and placed between slices of tomato. Top mayonnaise placed on a slice of boiled egg. About the finished flower put leaves of lettuce. * You can mix the mayonnaise for filling with grated boiled egg and a little mustard.
