Method
The meat is cleaned from membranes and tendons, washed, dried and cut into equal size pieces with a size of a walnut. Onion cut into eighths. Halve the peppers, remove seeds and cut into eighths. Mushrooms leave purposes. All products are mixed in a large bowl and pour in marinade made from the oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and marjoram. Place in a refrigerator for several hours. The products are removed from the marinade and stringing 4 spit. Bake on the coals charcoal or electric grill by turning continuously for 15 minutes. During baking brushed with marinade. Serve garnished with steamed rice and season salad.

skewers were wonderful! I made them with chicken and put the peppers and onions used only for the marinade, but not on the skewers. The recipe is nice, but it does not say where you put the bay leaf. I guess that is broken and added to parinatata. With and without the bay leaf, the result is excellent!
