French chocolate layered cake

Ingredients
250 g chocolate
130 g butter
8 egg whites
6 yolks
130 g sugar
45 g flour
# For the mousse:
1 kg cream
450 g chocolate
Method
Melt the chocolate and the butter in a water bath. Beat the egg whites to snow and slowly add to them the sugar. Add the egg yolks and flour, which are mixed together. Mix with the melted chocolate and the butter. Bake in a suitable form to 180 C. The base is divided into two the base. Beat the cream and add a little sugar. Take half and add to the rest of melted chocolate in a water bath. Apply the base with brown mousse and decorate top with white cream.
