Ingredients
500 g potatoes
3 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
1 tbsp (10 ml) white wine
mustard
2 sprigs parsley
2 cloves garlic
pepper
salt
2 eggs
Method
Peel the potatoes are cooked until soft, cut into cubes and while still warm, mixed with other additives without eggs, such as garlic and parsley are finely chopped. Arrange the salad in the salad and sprinkle with chopped hard-boiled eggs.
