Ingredients
          6 eggs
          2 tbsp curry
          30 g (1 tbsp) butter
          1 tbsp sunflower oil
          salt

          Method
              Boil eggs for 8-10 minutes. Cool and peel them. Roll them in curry. Heat the butter and the oil in a pan and put the eggs in it. Fry them 2-3 minutes and rotate them to fry on all sides. Remove the eggs and cut in halves - along or cross (as desired). Add salt to taste them. Serve alone flights less than the butter, which are fried or added to salad.     * If you like spicy (hot) can use the Madras curry.
