Fried buns with mushrooms

Ingredients
8 potatoes
10 mushrooms
1 small onion
60 g butter
egg 1
2 tbsp flour
1 Allspice
breadcrumbs for rolling
pepper, salt
Method
Cook potatoes , peel and immediately smash with a fork. Mushrooms are cooked in a little salted water with 2 black peppercorns and a grain allspice, drained and cut into very small pieces. Add to mashed potatoes, together with the flour, egg, fried in a part of the butter onion, salt and pepper. Kneaded dough that on floured board roll crust thickness of about 2 cm. With water glass cut buns, which are rolled in breadcrumbs and fry until golden in heated butter. Served to dishes with sauce, fried and baked dishes.
