Sift flour with baking powder and vanilla. Make a well and put the butter, beaten eggs with the sugar and liqueur. Start mixing, and add a bit of white wine. You should get an average of soft dough. Drain cherries liqueur (if using any) and clean them from the stems. If you use fresh cherries have to split the light is not completely and remove the stone by saving cherry whole can sprinkle them with a little sugar and let them stood for 15 minutes. Take a bit of dough about the size of a walnut. Form a ball, at about the knife with him to half and put a cherry in it and knead it again so that you get the ball. Fry the balls in a well-heated olive oil and remove them on kitchen paper to drain. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can save the handles of cherries and after they are marbles to make a small hole with a toothpick and decorate them with them.

I really like the idea to *dress* the cherries in the dough! They are delicious in any kind of sweets, so I'm sure that it will be wonderful!

is definitely something unusual and sounds delicious. Just want to ask, t. M. I'm not privarzhanichka alcohol (even in small quantities and sweet) you will be able to replace the wine with milk?

I replace wine grape or apple juice, not only sweet, and cooking - at home also never consumed alcohol.

Aliana this is a good proposal to replace the wine in various dishes and sweets with fruit juices. Thanks for the idea

With pleasure :)
