Chicken (pre-salted with spices) with onion fry with olive oil in a large skillet. Pour water and boil at low heat. When meat is cooked, add the parsley, peppers, cut into strips and chutney. Stir with a wooden spoon and allow to boil for about 5 minutes (until tender pods). Then add the feta cheese (it only softens, does not melt). Last add the beaten eggs and confused. Finish is when tight eggs. Optional can and no dip egg. Serve hot. * Do not add extra salt (only for salting of meat with spices), because the feta cheese is savory.

It sounds interesting and looks delicious! Will try soon!

Milencha because white meat is dry when cooked and not like multi thus obtaining great and flavorful because of the peppers.

It would be good before processing the chicken to be at least 2 to 3 hours in a marinade of yoghurt, spices which are the recipe and a little white wine. So the meat becomes soft and during processing remains dry.

Yes, you're right, I wrote that should be pre-salted with seasoning, but I do not put yogurt and always juicy.
