Fried fillet of salted fish

Ingredients
800 g fillet of salted fish (herring or mackerel)
1 cup milk
5-6 tbsp flour
lemon juice
5-6 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
Tenderloin was skinned and soak for several hours in water that is changed every hour. Then immersed for 1 hour in the milk, remove, dry and marinate with lemon juice (or vinegar). After ten minutes fillet to add some flour and fry in heated oil until dark yellow.
