Fried fish with tomatoes

Ingredients
500 g of fish
1/4 cup (50 ml) olive oil
500 g tomatoes
flour
1 bay leaf
thyme
1-2 cloves garlic
pepper
pinch of sugar
parsley
salt
Method
Remove the skin from the cleaned fish portions, place in pan, add are spices, pour with olive oil and leave 2 hours in refrigerator. When the fish is paid once. Portions are removed, dried, and add salt, sprinkle pepper, rolled in flour and fry on both sides in olive oil, strained from the marinade. Arrange fish in a heated bowl and leave in a warm place. In the remaining oil to fry the chopped garlic yellowing, add pre-boiled, peeled and finely chopped tomatoes and stir over high heat until the liquid evaporates. The tomatoes are boiled, pour over the fish, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
