Fried liver with red wine sauce

Ingredients
500 g beef or pork liver
60 g butter
flour
1/4 cup red wine
1 tsp tomato paste
pepper
piece of bay leaf
lemon juice
sugar
salt
Method
The liver is cleaned and cut into slices, which are rolled in flour and fry in hot butter, until light brown gain . Remove to a warm plate and scatter with a mixture of salt and pepper. In fat put 2 tbsp flour, stir several times and add the wine, 1/4 cup water, which is fuzzy tomato paste, 3-4 peppercorns, bay leaf, salt, lemon juice and a pinch of sugar. Boil the sauce and boiled 4-5 minutes while stirring. The liver is divided into plates and to remove him pour a little sauce.
